I think there is a common stigma that you have to make big changes and swaps in your life in order to be eco-friendly but that is not the case at all. If you made the simple switch from using plastic water bottles to a re-usable water bottle, you would keeping out an average of 1,825 bottles PER YEAR PER ONE PERSON. When you put that large number on a common product that most households use, it puts humans’ consumption on a much more intense and real level. If you follow the swaps I mention below, I guarantee the world will start to see a change. It all starts with SOMEONE. One person at a time.
