Detroit has such a bad reputation but I have come to love this city over the years. It’s small but so very beautiful and charming, you just have to know where to look. A lot of people have hesitation over visiting Motown because of safety concerns but if you stay within the heart of downtown, you will come to find out that there is nothing to worry about and that the city is booming with locals and travelers just the same. You can see all of these spots within a day if you wanted but I’d recommend spacing it out so you’re able to fully experience all of them. There are many other spots in Detroit that I love too but these are my top 5.
