Asheville has no shortage of good food, that’s for sure. I had a good list of places I wanted to try out on my visit, and we did get to try a good amount of them. Every place we ate at was absolutely delicious and so unique. The amazing thing about Asheville is that are very very little chain restaurants so they’re all locally owned and so fresh.

I took a break from my traveling Consultant job to travel to another place lol. Living out of a suitcase is a different experience, that’s for sure. It’s a whole new learning curve for me considering I’ve lived in Michigan my whole life and have never had to experience anything even remotely close to traveling back to back for months at a time. Needless to say, I’ve learned a lot over this short period of time and will take what I’ve learned into my life after consulting.
